The Core
You write. Oknola keeps it in order.

The files are yours, not the app’s.
One folder of plain .md files, kept in Oknola’s cloud and on every device you use, and mirrored to a real folder on your laptop, or on your own server, if you want one. Every note is stored exactly as you wrote it.

The format is Open Knowledge.
A public format, not ours: Google Cloud’s open spec for AI agents. Every file carries typed fields any AI can read, so switching assistants costs you nothing.

The structure is enforced, not suggested.
Every file is checked against its area’s allowed types and a closed set of tags that only you can add to. A wrong file is refused or fixed, whether you wrote it or an agent did, and you can watch it happen.

The tending is no longer your job.
Drop a rough note in the Inbox. The pass, Oknola’s built-in AI tidy-up, gives it a type, writes the description, links it to related notes and files it, inside the rules. Your original is kept word for word in Processed. When it isn’t sure, it asks you instead of guessing.

An app brings its own records and its own screen to your same folder: totals and conversions in Finance, stages in the CRM, a week of meals in Food. Add one when you need it. Remove it whenever: everything it wrote is still there in plain markdown.
