The problem it solves

One card pays for both. The tag can tell them apart.

At the start, one card pays for both lives. A subscription lands wherever you happened to be signed in. By the time it matters, at an invoice, a tax return or the day you decide whether you can afford to hire, nobody can say which half was the business.

So every subscription records which side pays for it, business or personal, and which account it comes out of. The account cannot tell them apart. The tag can.

The ledger

Every line is a file.

Log a personal expense, a business expense or income, and it becomes a file dated today. Overview, budget and accounts read it at once. Amounts in another currency show in USD at the rate you last logged.

Accounts and budget

Business and personal never mix in a total or an export, and an agent only reads the side its tags allow.
